| With his talent of instilling high expectations, Jim Callahan has for the fourth time piloted the Landsharks to the Championship. His team of sales professionals works hard and trains new dealers well. And Jim sets a perfect example for his troops - not only has he earned almost every honor ever given by Signtronix, including the Champion Dealer's Ring for 1995 and 1996 - but recordings of his presentation are the standards for training across the nation. The Landsharks, who set the regional record five times, hold the all-time company record. Jim's goal is to keep the record-breaking team at a "powerhouse" level, even after promoting two DMs to regional managers. |
